At WEBRK PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-performance custom software, mobile applications, digital marketing campaigns, and IT-Enabled consulting services that align with your business objectives. Since we provide bespoke design and customized development services under individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs), our refund structure is based on milestone completions and resource allocations.
By engaging WEBRK PRIVATE LIMITED for any digital solutions, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1. Project Initiation & Deposits
We dedicate significant developer time, computing infrastructure, and product strategy resources immediately upon project sign-off. Consequently:
- The initial advance payment or startup deposit required to kick-start any campaign or design sprint is **100% non-refundable**.
- Work on custom projects is scheduled immediately after the deposit clears, and resources are allocated to the client's exclusive repository.
2. Milestone-Based Service Delivery
Our projects are executed in structured, progressive phases (milestones) outlined in individual project proposals and client scopes. Billing is linked directly to these checkpoints:
- Once a milestone deliverable (such as UX/UI layouts, database architecture, alpha builds, or staging deployment) is completed, submitted, and approved by the client, the corresponding billing phase is considered final.
- No refunds will be granted for any milestones that have already been developed, tested, and signed off.
- If a client decides to terminate the project during an active development milestone, they will only be billed for the hours and resources consumed up to the date of formal cancellation notice.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
For ongoing monthly service campaigns (such as Search Engine Optimization, PPC Management, or Social Media Marketing):
- Cancellations must be requested via email to admin@webrk.in at least **15 days prior** to the start of the next billing cycle.
- Because search engine algorithms change dynamically and traffic fluctuations depend on external search channels, we do not offer retroactive refunds for monthly retainer fees once marketing work has been executed.
4. Refund Eligibility & Claims Process
In rare instances where a client claims a mismatch in deliverables compared to the agreed scope of work:
- The client must submit a detailed description of the deficiency to admin@webrk.in within **7 business days** of milestone delivery.
- Our engineering team will audit the repository and work items. If a technical discrepancy or missed deliverable is verified, we will correct the deliverables within an agreed grace window (typically 14 working days) at no additional charge.
- If a refund is deemed necessary and authorized by our board of directors (e.g., due to inability to deliver core requirements), it will be processed and credited back to the client's original bank account or transaction source within **7 to 10 business days**.
5. Force Majeure & Governing Law
Neither party shall be liable for service delays, cancellation of deliverables, or refund claims arising out of events beyond reasonable control (including server shutdowns, API deprecations by third-party platforms, or government regulatory amendments). All claims under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of **Sonipat, Haryana, India**.
